Products we built for problems we know
Every product here started as a real problem in a business we work with. We built the tool, put it to work and keep improving it. If your business has a similar problem, we can set one up for you or build something new.
MGS One runs a trucking company from one screen
Dispatch, drivers, trucks, documents and weekly settlements in one web app. Built together with a trucking company, used every day, and connected to the ELD your trucks already have.
Start the day with the full picture
The dashboard shows what needs attention today: loads in progress, trucks on the road, available drivers and documents that are about to expire.

Book a load in under a minute
Upload the rate confirmation and AI reads it for you — broker, pickup, delivery, dates and reference numbers land in the load form. Assign a driver and a truck, and the load moves across the board from booked to delivered.

Know where every truck is
MGS One connects to your ELD provider and shows each truck on a live map with its driver, status and current load. Dispatchers answer “where is it?” without a phone call.

Drivers, credentials and expiry dates
Every driver has a profile with CDL, medical card and other credentials. MGS One warns you before anything expires, and drivers see their own loads and documents in the driver portal.

Every document in its place
Rate confirmations, BOLs, PODs, registrations and inspections are filed in folders for each truck and driver, ready when a broker or an auditor asks.

How a load moves through MGS One
Upload the rate confirmation
AI reads the PDF and fills in the load.
Assign driver and truck
The driver sees the load in the portal.
Track it live
The position comes straight from the ELD.
Close and settle
Delivered loads go into the weekly settlement automatically.
Also in MGS One
- Weekly settlementsSettlements for company drivers and owner operators, with advances, escrow and deductions applied automatically.
- Accounting and reportsIncome, expenses and per-truck reports without spreadsheets.
- Driver portalDrivers see their loads, documents and settlements on their phone.
MGS One on Android and iOS
MGS One also comes as a phone app for Android and iPhone. Dispatchers check the board and the live map on the road, and drivers see their loads, send BOLs and PODs with the camera and share their location from the cab.
Need an app for your own software? We build Android and iOS apps from the same code as your web app, so everything stays in sync.
